Choose any of 195 countries. Each starts with one Agency position, held by its highest eligible IAT holder. Every week, one randomly chosen country gains an extra position.

Agents target 28% APY. Affiliating with one occupied Agency gives eligible followers a 20% target. No X follow is required.
What changes at the weekly cutoff?
Country winners and follower affiliations are frozen each Monday for the following week. Midweek changes take effect at the next cutoff. Followers stay with their Agency position when its winning Agent changes. A vacant Agency gives its followers the regular 10% tier.
Actual IAT claimed before the cutoff can change a wallet’s ranking. Unclaimed rewards are not wallet holdings. Staking uses balances held over the week, so a last-second transfer does not earn a full week’s rewards.
How are growth, ties and the core team handled?
The directory covers the 193 UN member states, Holy See and Palestine. Fixed public-beacon results select weekly country growth and exact ties, with published evidence and no rerolls.
Project vaults and core-team holdings do not compete for countries. The core team holds a separate permanent Internal Agency position at a fixed 17% target APY. Eligible followers may affiliate with that occupied position.
Each wallet has one staking tier. Targets depend on funded reserves; skipped or partial payments reduce actual yield.
