Z4 // PUBLIC TOKEN, PUBLISHED RULES
One billion IAT.
A finite reward pool.
IAT is a regular public Solana token with nine decimals. At Mainnet issuance, both mint and freeze authorities will be immediately revoked and their proofs published. No new issuance or token burn is planned.

Reserves that can be used.
There is 225M IAT initially unlocked across the non-core allocations. Community rewards start with 125M IAT liquid at Genesis. The remaining 375M stays locked for six calendar months, then releases linearly over the following 36 months, finishing at month 42. There is no extra lump release at the cliff.
Separate source vaults draw treasury → ecosystem → liquidity → community. All unlocked non-core sources may fund rewards and eventually exhaust. Locked principal and existing funded claims stay unavailable.
Genesis Gift reserves up to 1M IAT at launch. Daily X adds up to 100,000 IAT to its reserved budget on each of the first 100 UTC campaign days before weekly staking: up to 10M in fresh reservations. Unassigned daily funds roll forward and remain available after day 100 until exhausted. Remaining shared reserves fund core → Agents → followers → regular staking, then faction prizes. Expired funded claims return to their original source vaults.
Core vesting and the fixed Agency
The core team holds the permanent Internal Agency position at a fixed 17% target APY. Its vested principal may earn unlocked staking rewards while principal remains locked. Other system or vested reserve balances earn neither staking nor competitive Agencies.
Calendar anniversaries use UTC and clamp missing days to month-end. Remaining allocations release linearly in seconds between the published cliff and end, without a cliff lump or routine early unlock.
Keys, upgrades and public evidence
Trezor controls program upgrades, publisher limits and verification-key rotation. Upgrades are immediate, with publicly recorded changes; upgrade authority can change program restrictions. Routine controls can pause new reward activations but cannot cancel funded claims or early-unlock vesting. Ordinary IAT transfers remain unrestricted.
The automated publisher attests balances and roles; the X verifier attests social evidence. Public manifests make these decisions auditable, but they do not eliminate that trust. The canonical token’s revoked mint/freeze authorities are separate from custom-program upgrade authority.
Staking rates are funded APY targets. IAT rewards do not promise token price, profit or uninterrupted payouts.
